2257 / 2257A Compliance Statement
Dominatrix Nation is an adult-only digital platform. DN Services requires that all users, providers, creators, and persons appearing in submitted content be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Where required by applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and related regulations, required age, identity, consent, and recordkeeping information must be created, maintained, and made available by the appropriate record custodian.
Primary Producer / Third-Party Content Notice
Some content, images, videos, profile media, or promotional materials appearing on Dominatrix Nation may be submitted by independent providers, creators, users, agencies, studios, or other third parties.
For content produced by independent providers, creators, studios, or other third parties, the applicable primary producer or submitting party may be responsible for maintaining the required records for the persons depicted in that content.
DN Services may request age, identity, consent, authorization, or recordkeeping documentation before allowing content to appear, remain, or be monetized on the platform.
DN Services Records Role
DN Services may maintain records for content that it directly produces, publishes, edits, manages, or otherwise controls where such records are required by applicable law or payment-network standards.
DN Services may also maintain account, profile, provider, consent, age-confirmation, identity-review, moderation, complaint, removal, and compliance records connected to platform activity.
Minors Strictly Prohibited
Dominatrix Nation strictly prohibits minors, suspected minors, underage content, and any content involving persons who are not legally permitted to participate.
Content involving minors or suspected minors is prohibited even if submitted as fantasy, roleplay, illustration, profile text, media, message content, or user-generated material.
Suspected underage content or activity may result in immediate removal, account suspension, account termination, preservation of records, and reports to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
Consent and Authorization
DN Services prohibits non-consensual content, unauthorized content, coerced content, exploitative content, stolen content, revenge content, impersonation, and content posted without proper rights or authorization.
Any person depicted in content on Dominatrix Nation may request removal of their image, likeness, or appearance through the Content Removal Policy or Appeals Policy. If valid consent cannot be verified, or if consent is void under applicable law, the content will be removed.
Content Review and Documentation
DN Services may review submitted content, profile media, videos, images, text, offers, messages, and related platform activity for compliance with age, consent, authorization, recordkeeping, payment-network, and platform safety standards.
DN Services may request or review:
- Government-issued identification or age/identity verification information.
- Consent documentation or performer release information.
- Proof that the submitting provider or creator has rights to publish the content.
- Records identifying the primary producer or record custodian.
- Information needed to investigate a complaint, appeal, or removal request.
- Information needed to comply with law, payment processors, card networks, or safety standards.
Inspection and Lawful Requests
Records required by applicable law will be maintained by the appropriate record custodian. Where required, records may be made available to authorized inspectors, law enforcement, regulators, payment processors, card-network compliance teams, or other authorized parties in accordance with applicable law and valid legal or compliance processes.
For security and privacy reasons, DN Services does not publish sensitive identity records, performer records, private addresses, IDs, or consent records on this public page.
Online-Only Platform Scope
Dominatrix Nation is an online-only adult digital platform for lawful, consensual, adult-only provider profiles, messaging, Queens offers, digital access, and structured online protocol experiences.
Dominatrix Nation does not process, arrange, broker, advertise, or facilitate in-person meetings, escort services, transportation, physical-contact services, offline appointments, or meeting fees.
