DN Services reviews complaints and removal requests involving illegal, non-consensual, unauthorized, infringing, exploitative, or rule-violating content on Dominatrix Nation.
Submit a Complaint or Removal Request
To report content or request removal, email DN Services with the details of the issue. Please include enough information for us to locate and review the content.
Content That May Be Reported
Any person may report content that may be illegal, unauthorized, non-consensual, infringing, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise in violation of applicable law, payment-network standards, or Dominatrix Nation platform rules.
Reports may include, but are not limited to:
- Content involving minors or suspected minors.
- Content involving coercion, trafficking, forced labor, exploitation, or abuse.
- Non-consensual content or content posted without proper authorization.
- Content where a depicted person requests removal of their image, likeness, or appearance.
- Content that violates consent, age, identity, or recordkeeping requirements.
- Content that promotes illegal activity.
- Content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Impersonation, harassment, doxxing, threats, or abusive conduct.
- Content that violates Dominatrix Nation platform rules.
Information to Include
To help DN Services review the complaint efficiently, include the following information when available:
- The URL or location of the content.
- The name, profile, username, or account associated with the content.
- A clear explanation of the complaint or removal request.
- Whether you are depicted in the content or are reporting on behalf of someone depicted.
- Any supporting documentation, screenshots, dates, or account information.
- Your name and contact email so we can follow up if needed.
DN Services may request additional information to verify identity, consent status, ownership, authorization, or other facts relevant to the review.
Review Timeline
DN Services reviews and resolves reported complaints as promptly as possible. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven business days when sufficient information is provided to locate and evaluate the content.
If content is determined to be illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, unauthorized, or otherwise in violation of applicable standards or platform rules, DN Services may remove or restrict the content immediately.
Immediate Removal and Escalation
DN Services does not permit content involving minors, human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, coercion, exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual activity.
Suspected illegal content or activity may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, account termination, preservation of relevant records, and reports to the appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
Possible Outcomes
After reviewing a complaint or removal request, DN Services may take one or more of the following actions:
- No action if the complaint cannot be substantiated.
- Temporary content restriction while the matter is reviewed.
- Permanent content removal.
- Profile, account, or media restriction.
- Account warning, suspension, or termination.
- Request for additional verification, consent documentation, or records.
- Referral to law enforcement, regulators, or appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
- Other corrective action deemed appropriate by DN Services.
Appeals
Any person depicted in content on Dominatrix Nation may request removal of their image, likeness, or appearance. If valid consent cannot be verified, or if consent is void under applicable law, the content will be removed.
If there is a disagreement with a complaint or removal decision, the affected party may submit an appeal through the Appeals Policy.
False or Abusive Reports
DN Services may reject false, abusive, incomplete, fraudulent, or bad-faith reports. Accounts or persons submitting abusive reports may be restricted from further platform activity where appropriate.
This policy does not limit DN Services from removing content or restricting accounts at its discretion when content or activity appears to violate law, payment-network standards, or platform rules.
Platform Scope
Dominatrix Nation is an online-only adult digital platform for lawful, consensual, adult-only provider profiles, messaging, Queens offers, digital access, and structured online protocol experiences.
Dominatrix Nation does not process, arrange, broker, advertise, or facilitate in-person meetings, escort services, transportation, physical-contact services, offline appointments, or meeting fees.
