Appeals Policy

This policy explains how users, creators, account holders, and persons depicted in content may appeal certain content, account, consent, or removal decisions made by DN Services.

Who May Appeal

Appeals may be submitted by:

  • A person depicted in content on Dominatrix Nation.
  • A creator, provider, or account holder affected by a content decision.
  • A person who submitted a complaint or removal request.
  • A person claiming that content was posted without consent or proper authorization.
  • A person claiming that their image, likeness, name, identity, privacy, or rights are being violated.
  • A person authorized to act on behalf of an affected person.

Depicted-Person Removal Appeals

Any person depicted in content on Dominatrix Nation may request removal of their image, likeness, or appearance. DN Services will review whether valid consent was obtained and whether that consent remains valid under applicable law and platform rules.

If valid consent cannot be verified, or if consent is void under applicable law, the content will be removed.

Information to Include

To help DN Services review an appeal, include the following information when available:

  1. The URL or location of the content, profile, account, or decision being appealed.
  2. The name, profile, username, or account involved.
  3. A clear explanation of what decision you are appealing.
  4. Whether you are depicted in the content or authorized to act for someone depicted.
  5. Any supporting documentation, consent records, screenshots, dates, or relevant correspondence.
  6. Your name and contact email so DN Services can respond.

DN Services may request additional information to verify identity, authorization, consent status, recordkeeping compliance, or other facts relevant to the appeal.

Appeal Review Process

DN Services will review the appeal and any available supporting information. During the review, DN Services may temporarily restrict, hide, or remove the content or account feature involved.

Possible appeal outcomes include:

  • The original decision is upheld.
  • The original decision is modified.
  • The content remains removed.
  • The content is restored if appropriate and compliant.
  • The account, profile, or media remains restricted.
  • The account, profile, or media restriction is modified or lifted.
  • Additional verification, consent documentation, or records are requested.
  • The matter is escalated for further legal, compliance, payment-network, or law-enforcement review where appropriate.

Illegal, Underage, Non-Consensual, or Exploitative Content

DN Services does not permit content involving minors, suspected minors, human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, coercion, exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual activity.

Appeals will not be used to restore content that DN Services determines is illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, underage, unauthorized, or otherwise prohibited.

Suspected illegal content or activity may result in immediate removal, account suspension, account termination, preservation of relevant records, and reports to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

Neutral Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement regarding an appeal outcome involving whether valid consent was obtained or whether content should be removed, DN Services may allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body at the merchant’s expense where required by applicable payment-network standards or law.

Good-Faith Requirement

Appeals must be submitted in good faith. DN Services may reject incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, or bad-faith appeals.

This policy does not limit DN Services from removing content, restricting accounts, or taking corrective action when DN Services determines that content or activity may violate law, payment-network standards, platform rules, consent requirements, or safety standards.

Platform Scope

Dominatrix Nation is an online-only adult digital platform for lawful, consensual, adult-only provider profiles, messaging, Queens offers, digital access, and structured online protocol experiences.

Dominatrix Nation does not process, arrange, broker, advertise, or facilitate in-person meetings, escort services, transportation, physical-contact services, offline appointments, or meeting fees.
